Ein ganzer neuer Musikstil ist auch gleichzeitig ein neuer Tanzstil. Der sogenannte Jumpstyle. So bezeichnet man einen Stil der elektronischen Tanzmusik, der im Arrangement und Melodie relativ minimal gehalten ist. Charakteristisch für viele Jumpstyle-Tracks sind 140–150 bpm sowie Offbeats. Viele Tracks enthalten auch Hardcore-Techno-Beats. Wichtige DJ´s auf diesem Sektor sind unter anderem DJ Mystery, DJ Coone, Vorwerk, Chicago Jaxx.
